Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Sanitary hygiene essentials are very intimate and delicate for any woman, and ensuring the sanctity of our products is paramount to us. Ideally, any returned goods compromised in quality are not accepted for returns. However, should you be facing any issue with the product, we would be glad to assist you with it and even call for a return and refund.  

We accept returns within 2 days of receipt.  In case you change your mind or do not like the product or if the products are damaged or wrong product, please notify us. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment without extra cost as the case may be and would appreciate an honest feedback with your reason for return, exchange or refund.

If you find your order to be damaged because of any reason, please drop an email at admin@lizzom.com along with the pictures of the damage. We will replace the product after verifying the damage. Any replacement request for damaged goods should be sent to us within 2 days of receiving the order.
