Bamboo is 40% more absorbent than cotton. The bamboo fibers make our pads more absorbent and breathable than cotton and the corn fibers make our pads soft and silky. They also have natural antimicrobial bio-agents that help reduce bacteria and odor for a rash free and healthier life and is suitable for people of all ages and skin types. 

Besides, bamboo is more sustainable than cotton as it take far less resources to grow organically.

All the materials used to create LiZZOM are certified organic and biodegradable. Please check our certificates section. All the ingredients are tested right at the supplier stage and our pads are tested for both absorbency and comfort.

According to a study conducted by www.ecofem.org, a nonprofit organization that works for women and menstrual health of women, most women experience a blood flow between 10-80 ml, during 2 to 7 days. The average amount of blood that a woman’s body expels during menstruation  was found to be around 35 ml at a time. That is about 2 – 3 tablespoons or 6 teaspoons.

Step 1: Open the pad from its packaging, unfold

Step 2: Remove the adhesive cover on the back to expose the sticky side of the pad. 

Step 3: Stick this side onto your underwear. 

Step 4: Wrap the wings of the pad onto the back of your underwear to secure it firmly.

Our large pads come with four wings so make sure that all of them are secured firmly on your underwear for best experience.

We recommend changing your liner every 5-6 hours for maximum comfort. You may use your discretion when it comes to changing liners but make sure to never wear it for longer than a day. If you feel like it is getting too moist, that’s your cue to change it. Our liners are so thin and comfortable that you may not even feel their presence, yet they ensure 100% protection from daily discharge.
