A few things we get asked most, answered faster than an email round-trip:

• Where is my order? You'll have had tracking by email when it shipped. If it hasn't arrived when expected, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll chase it.
• Can I change or cancel an order? Yes, within 24 hours — see our cancellation policy.
