What are LiZZOM pads made of?
A soft organic bamboo top layer and a corn-starch (plant-based) leak barrier — no chlorine bleach, no fragrance, no added chemicals or toxins.
How absorbent are they?
The core absorbs quickly for a dry, fresh feel, with soft stretchable wings to hold the pad securely in place. Choose a larger size for heavier days or overnight use.
How do I dispose of them?
Wrap and bin as usual — LiZZOM pads are 95% biodegradable, so they break down in months instead of the centuries a plastic pad takes.

We use natural corn and bamboo fibers for our all-natural pads. Our zero chemical approach ensures that LiZZOM pads are completely organic. Pads are dermatologically tested to be safe and free from any irritants and chlorine. FIVE LAYER BREATHABLE PROTECTION - Patented and FSC certified (# FSC STD 40-004), anti-microbial, odor-free, super absorbent, natural bamboo top sheet. Bamboo fiber makes pads more absorbent and breathable than cotton. Extra layers of pulp and sap ensure extra comfort and maximum absorption. Bottom leak-proof compostable (OK compost certified) protective layer made from corn starch plastic (PBA and PBA). All Pads are individually wrapped. Look for our certificates.
HOW TO USE
Peel & place
Unwrap, peel off the backing strip and press the pad onto the centre of your underwear.
Secure the wings
Fold the soft stretchable wings around the sides for a secure, leak-proof fit that stays in place.
Wrap & bin
Change every 4–6 hours. Wrap and bin as usual — it's 95% biodegradable and breaks down in months.
