Organic ultrathin pads plus organic daily liners, both bamboo fibre, both unscented. The Mini is one cycle, the Basic is about a month with liners to spare, the Quarterly is three months. Regular or Large pads; liners are Regular.

Regular or Large?
Regular is 245 mm and suits most days. Large is 285 mm for heavier days, longer coverage at night, or if you simply prefer more pad. Not sure? Large is the safer first buy; you can size down next time.
Will it really not give me a rash?

How often should I change it in the heat?
Every 3 to 4 hours during the day in UAE summer, whether or not it looks full. Moisture, not volume, is what causes rash and odour. A 30-pack is about a month for most women.
Is it really biodegradable?
95 percent by weight. The top sheet is bamboo fibre, the core is plant fibre and the backing is corn-starch bioplastic. In composting conditions it breaks down in months to a few years; a conventional pad is about 90 percent plastic and is usually quoted at around 500 years.
