Why it feels different
Most liners are a strip of plastic with a plastic-feel top. Ours is bamboo fibre over a thin plant core, so it breathes all day in the heat instead of trapping moisture, which is what causes the irritation people blame on discharge. Unscented, unbleached, individually wrapped.
Which size and pack
Regular 145 mm for everyday discharge and spotting. XL 180 mm for the first and last days of a period or as backup for a tampon or cup. Packs of 20, 40 and 60; a 60-pack lasts most women two to three months.

Will it really not give me a rash?

Can I wear one every day?
Yes. That is what it is for. Change it every 4 to 6 hours in the heat, or sooner if it feels damp. The bamboo top sheet breathes, which is why it does not cause the irritation a plastic liner does when worn daily.
Is it really biodegradable?
95 percent by weight. The top sheet is bamboo fibre, the core is plant fibre and the backing is corn-starch bioplastic. In composting conditions it breaks down in months to a few years; a conventional pad is about 90 percent plastic and is usually quoted at around 500 years.
